1. Who we are

No Forced Readings is a spiritual guidance service operated by a sole proprietor based in North Carolina. By submitting a reading request or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

All readings provided by No Forced Readings are for spiritual and recreational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on a reading. No Forced Readings assumes no liability for outcomes related to the content of any reading.

3. Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to request a reading. By submitting a request you confirm that you meet this requirement. No Forced Readings reserves the right to decline any request where there is reason to believe the requester is a minor.

4. Sliding scale readings

Sliding scale readings have a minimum offering of $11, with a suggested offering of $33. Payment is voluntary and made through Square. No Forced Readings guarantees that your reading will be delivered within 11 months of submission. If no reading is delivered within that window you are entitled to a full refund of your offering. 5. Priority readings

Priority readings are $88 and guarantee delivery within one month of submission. Payment is required before submitting your request. If no reading is delivered within one month you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund contact noforcedreadings@gmail.com.

6. Refund policy

A full refund will be issued if your reading request is declined, if the 11 month sliding scale window passes without delivery, or if the one month priority window passes without delivery. Once a reading has been delivered no refund will be issued. If something in your reading felt unclear No Forced Readings is open to a brief clarification. This is not an additional reading and will not go beyond what was already delivered.

7. Right to decline

No Forced Readings reserves the right to decline any reading request that does not feel aligned, without obligation to provide a reason. A full refund will be issued in all cases of declination.

8. Crisis and mental health

No Forced Readings is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency please reach out to a qualified professional or crisis hotline. Do not use tarot readings as a substitute for professional mental health support.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, content, and branding on this website is original work owned by No Forced Readings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved under North Carolina jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

No Forced Readings reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
